We specialize in working with homeowners who may be going through major life transitions, find themselves in an unexpectedly difficult situation, or feel overwhelmed by the prospect of selling their home. We treat homeowners with care and compassion, and leave people and places better than we found them. 

 

We’re not traditional house flippers or property managers. We care as much about the experience of the homeowner as we do about the bottom line. We work primarily in lower Westchester County, NY (Pelham, New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, Eastchester, Tuckahoe etc.) but we welcome connections to new areas.
